FutuVision Eu-Sino offers versatile training services for Finnish and Chinese clients.
Worker training
FutuVision Eu-Sino Beijing has organized training courses for Chinese workers, who wish to get a job opportunity from Finland or elsewhere from Europe. The three month training has been chargeable for the workers and it has offered relevant professional language teaching as well as key issues related to the working life in the West. We have had the opportunity to utilize the resources of top language teachers from Beijing International University. If the workers have not found a job from Europe or elsewhere within a year after the training, our company has returned the training fee.
According to recent governmental guidelines given to the Finnish recruitment sector, all training related to getting a foreign workplace should be offered by the future employer of the worker. These new regulations have led us to change our service offering.
FutuVision Eu-Sino can organize the needed language and culture as well as professional training already in China according to the employers needs. The cost of the training will be charged from the employer. We aim to find collaborative partners and some public funding sources for these trainings as well.
We highly recommend that the employer invest in arranging training already in China since it significantly improves the workers capabilities to make their transition to the new job environment. The permission process for a workers residence permit lasts about 3 months, so arranging training is a very good way to utilize this time period.
Worker orientation training
Mänttä Regional Vocational Education Centre (MSKK) is a versatile education and training provider in the Upper Tampere region. MSKK is FutuVision Eu-Sino`s partner in the entire recruiting process and they have a strong experience in co-operating with the Chinese workers. MSKK can also contribute to the training organized in China and also send experts to perform the professional testing and to assist in the interview process. In Finland, MSKK offers possibilities to organize orientation training for the workers.
Pre-college training
We organize together with Mänttä Regional Vocational Education Centre training course for Chinese students who want to apply to a Finnish University of Applied Sciences. The aim of the training is to support the students in applying for the international bachelor programs.
The students are 17-20 years old and they come from all over China. The training includes both Finnish and English language studies and different assignments to prepare for the entrance examination. After being accepted, the students pay for their own education in Finland.
The training programs have been very successful. Out of the 14 students in the first group, 11 students got a studying place in Finland. In the second 23 out of 24 students were offered a studying place in a Finnish University of Applied Sciences. The training in 2008/2009 is already the fourth one. The feedback received from the schools has been very positive. The training has helped the start of the studies and enhanced the success of the studies.
