Our services

To face the challenges, we have developed services for both Chinese workers to train themselves to the European job markets and for European employers to recruit workers from China. The service prosess is divided into two different parts:

Operations in China -> Training services

Recruitment, orientation and support services in Finland

Recruitment services

• Mapping of recruitment possibilities

  Together we define the work description for the needed workers and explain what kind of workers it is possible to find from China.

• Search for potential workers

  Based on the agreed person profile we search for motivated candidates in China.

• Pre-selection, testing and analysis

  We pre-select the candidates and check their backgrounds. We also perfom language adaptation tests.

• Testing and interview trips to China

  According to agreement, we organize the worker testing and interview trips to China.

• Practical arrangements for the recruited workers

  We organize health checks for all candidates who take part in the interviews and also assist the recruited workers in preparation of the work and residence permit applications.

• Translation and interpretation throughout the process

  We provide all the needed translation and interpretation services throughout the process.

Orientation services

• Training for the company personnel

  If needed, we organize a half-day training and discussion event for the company personnel, especially for those who will work closely with the Chinese workers.

• Orientation training for the recruited workers

  The employer can make a contract with our partner Mänttä Regional Vocational Education Centre for orientation training.

Support services

• Consulting and interpretation services for the employer
• Phone-based support service for the employees

  We offer the employers and the employees consultation and interpretation help during the first two months after the start of the work contract.

Metal industry

Bringing metal workers to Finland was the first recruitment project FutuVision Eu-Sino was involved in. We cooperated with Mänttä Regional Vocational Education Centre and MW-development Ltd., who are our long-time partners in e.g. bringing Chinese students to study in Finland.

Skilled metal workers are wanted also in China especially in the southern parts, where most of the foreign companies operate. FutuVision Eu-Sino operates mainly in the North East area around Beijing, where skilled employees are also needed but many are willing to work abroad as well. As for metal workers, some training and operational standards differ from Western ones, but we can also include the needed technical teaching in the training in China.

Cleaning services

After our successful metal worker recruitment projects, we have begun to expand our operation to other fields as well. In summer 2008, we trained the first course of Chinese workers, who will arrive in Finland in the beginning of 2009 to work as cleaners.

As for cleaners, the situation is dependent on the requirements of the workers. Skilled cleaners can be found, but above all, there are motivated and hard-working people, who have basic schooling background.

The 3-month training organized in summer 2008 was a success and the Finnish skills of the participants was better than expected. At the moment, there are 6 cleaners, who would like to get a work opportunity in Finland. Please contact us directly to learn more.
