China is rapidly developing into a major economic power in the world. It is already the second largest economy in nominal terms and in purchasing power adjusted numbers (PPP) in 2009 it is almost 2/3 of the level of United States’ economy (CIA World Factbook). The economic growth in China is forecasted to continue at 8-10% annual rate for at least the next 5 years (IMF) and the difference in growth between so called “advanced economies” and “emerging economies” will be bigger in the future.

So, the balance in world economic growth is changing to the emerging economies. As a result of that, China will also be a major investor in the global market. Chinese foreign direct investments will top USD 100bn already at the beginning of this decade. The issue of Chinese direct investments involves a lot of questions, to which we can provide the answers. Channeling Chinese investments to Finland and Europe is one of our main goals. We have the contacts needed to link the right capital with the right projects. Chinese investments can also help to give a considerable boost to regional development. We have collaborated on a number of investment projects with, for example, China Consultants of Accounting and Financial Management (CCAFM) or “China Finance”, through which we have been able to attract considerable capital inflow to Finland.

We have also collaborated with Jiangsu province on the publication of the "Overseas Development" magazine, a periodical directed at top Chinese entrepreneurs. Through the magazine we are able to promote Finnish investment opportunities in China. We also help our Finnish customers to find lucrative investment opportunities in China.
